While watching the Superbowl last night, I asked Ben who he’d rather be if he had the choice: Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United & Portugal Midfielder - Football/Soccer) or Tom Brady (New England Patriots Quarterback - American Football/Football). While checking the African Cup of Nations scores on BBC Sport, I saw this update:
1737: Accrington Stanley’s (who are they?) Romauld Boco finds himself in an excellent position down the left for Benin but his cross is woefully overhit.
Any update that manages to incorporate Accrington Stanley AND Benin is a winner in my eyes. Also, since when did the likes of Accrington Stanley have players on international duty? The times we live in, eh.

It worked on me, I was all about drinking my milk after that one.
Next Thursday (22nd November) I’ll be playing for the Microsoft Team in the Microsoft Charity Cup at Wembley. It’s all in aid of a charity called Wooden Spoon, who help disadvantaged children and young people.
Kick-off is at 6pm and anyone can purchase tickets to come along and support the charity, watch the games and have a laugh. Ticket prices are as follows:
Adult £10
Child - £5
Family (x 2 adults and x 2 children) - £20
At the moment the only way to purchase tickets is by requesting them through a contact at work, so if you’d like to come along get in touch and I’ll get hold of them for you.
