Sensationalist title? Yea probably. Still, I was watching Traffic Cops on BBC1 a few nights back and I couldn’t actually believe my eyes at one point. Two brothers were being restrained by members of the public in a Tesco Express store after they assaulted a man who had earlier commented that their behaviour outside the store were disgusting (they were urinating against a wall…)
I’ve tracked down the episode on Youtube but it starts on the previous story, an Italian dodgy driver - so if you fancy taking a look at two guys completely out of control (they’re grunting and snarling, they sound unhuman… and one of them is quite literally foaming at the mouth with anger) then check out this video, it all starts at about 5 minutes in.
This country… it worries me that things could get like this sometimes - while these two are an extreme example, this sort of thing is more and more prevalent.
With just a few hours left until the big day, I thought I’d wish anyone reading this a very Merry Christmas (or Happy Holidays as appropriate) - may Santa fill your living rooms with gifts as tall as the tree.
I like it when people provide online Christmas cards or something of that ilk, but sadly I’ve found myself pushed for time and so can’t deliver such a treat this year. Then again, after the offering I presented visitors to my area of the web during Christmas 2005, you can decide for yourselves if you’re missing out…
I’m off to enjoy the festive season with the best Jessica in the world, by our newly decorated tree:
As I’ve previously mentioned, I used to love adverts. I went off them as their quality seemingly declined, but still enjoy the odd one here and there that retain some originality. Today I stumbled across one that fits that bill perfectly - of a young footballer’s plight.
