Hi-res photos from a Nuclear Bomb test by the French Army in 1968.

Not one to glorify the destruction of unsuspecting remote areas of the Earth to further the causes of MAD, these photos are just amazing to look at none the less.

(*note that the title of this post is not strictly correct French.)
